Please complete our Employment Application form to register your interest.
When you are invited for an interview you will be required to provide your:
- Tax file number
- Bank account details
- Superannuation details
- 100 points of identification
- Copies of Certificates and qualifications (if applicable)
- Three referees
You will be required to complete the following if you proceed with a position:
- Complete and sign a Confidentiality agreement document
- Read the policies and procedure manual
- Complete the Dutiful Daughters Application form, including details of your bank details and superannuation
- Complete a Federal Police Record Check
- Complete Working with Children Record Check consent form
- Complete and sign a Tax file number declaration form
Dutiful Daughters take a long term view to their carers ongoing training. We encourage their growth, by ensuring that our carers, attend regular seminars and training to further develop their skills.
