What to Expect
Dutiful Daughters believe that our clients have the right to carers that abide by our obligations and meet NSW Health department standards:
- Signing a Confidentiality and Privacy statement. Any information relating to their care is stored securely and only used for providing quality care.
- All Care Workers have undergone a comprehensive screening and are given on-going evaluation and training during their time with Dutiful Daughters
- Care Workers and Nurses are required to have Criminal Record checks by the NSW Police and Working with Children Clearance checks. RN current nurses registration
- Care Workers will be on time and behave in a courteous manner, respecting and accepting all clients cultural or religious beliefs
- Care Workers will identify themselves with a company Photo ID badge
- Clients are able to contact the office 24-hours a day in the case of an emergency
- Clients are offered the opportunity to provide Feedback and comments on all aspects of their care and this information will be used to assist in our ongoing training and Quality Management programme
